Gardner & Scardifield Supports Starr Trust at Goodwood Golf Day

On Wednesday 18^th June, supporters of the Starr Trust – Gardner & Scardifield - held their golf day at Goodwood Golf Club to raise money for the charity.

The fully sold out event, kindly sponsored by Scolmore International, raised money for the Starr Trust as well as another small local charity. Gardner & Scardifield challenged players to Beat the Pro at hole 8, which raised £570, with more donations to be counted from the day.

Nick Neale, Director of Gardner & Scardifield said:

“We are proud to be long term supporters of the Starr Trust and have taken part in several events over the years. We hope our support will continue to make a big difference to the local young people the Trust are able to help through very difficult times in their lives. We love the fact this is a small family-based charity and Rob’s business Seico Insurance & Mortgages covers all the overheads, meaning 100% is given out to their young Starrs to help them achieve their goals. We were excited put on our Golf Day event for them this month and had a great day raising funds for them”.
